Returns policy

You can return your purchase to WEJEWELLERY, with or without indicating a reason, within 30 days of delivery of your order, by following the Returns Policy instructions included with your order. We will substitute or refund one or all of the items contained in your order, within a few days of the arrival of the items back in our warehouse.

The cost of return delivery in Italy is €7, which be detracted from your refund. If you paid by credit card the refund will be made directly to your card, while if you paid by bank transfer or cash-on-delivery courier service you will be refunded by bank transfer.

All customers from outside the EU as well as EU customers, with the exception of Italy, must send an email to our customer service team at the following address: info@wejewellery.com to receive authorisation prior to making a return. Returns must then be made by following the correct procedure.

Terms and conditions for returning an item:

  • The customer may withdraw from the contact within 30 calendar days of delivery
  • The items must never have been used
  • Packaging must be intact, without signs of wear, damage or alteration
  • Any cards, labels or stickers that came with the item must be intact
  • The purchase must be returned with its original guarantee
  • Personalised items and custom-made items, in conformity with Legislative Decree No. 206/05, cannot be returned or substituted under any circumstance.

Customers in Italy can make returns as follows:

  • Log in to your account on www.wejewellery.it
  • Select “Your Orders” and then “Request Return” next to the order number/s of the item/s you wish to return
  • Select the item/s to be returned and the mode of dispatch
  • Select the type of refund desired: a voucher towards your next purchase or your money back
  • If you wish to dispatch the item with our courier service, telephone +39 0573 1745152 to arrange an appointment for the collection of the package.
